Transaction Data APIs
Integration with Transaction Data APIs allows you to upload, receive and send transaction data like contracts, RFX, requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices etc.
GEP SMART allows the users to create RFX request and publish the RFX to vendors. The vendor can respond to the request, which will then be published to the sourcing user. Subsequently scoring and awarding can take place. The RFX API allows the creation of a new RFQ request in GEP SMART from ERP, and publish the request to the vendors. The vendor responses can be retrieved from GEP SMART and posted to ERP.
GEP SMART can be used as a comprehensive Contract Management system, that allows the customers to create new contracts with vendors and amend them on an ongoing basis. The Contract API allows retrieval of contracts and amendments created in GEP SMART for posting in ERP. Terminations and expiries can be retrieved in subsequent requests. The Acknowledgment API allows capturing of the ERP processing status in GEP SMART, which is to be displayed to the user along with comments, in case of failures.
GEP SMART allows the requestors to raise Purchase Requisitions which can be converted to an Order and submitted to a vendor in GEP SMART. Alternatively, the requisitions can be submitted to the ERP for further purchasing. The Requisition API can be used to post a requisition from ERP to GEP SMART for further purchasing and retrieve requisitions from GEP SMART to ERP. The Acknowledgment API allows capturing the ERP processing status in GEP SMART, which is to be displayed to the user along with comments, in case of failures.
GEP SMART allows buyers to submit Purchase Order. The Order API can be used to post orders from ERP to GEP SMART and retrieve orders from GEP SMART to ERP. The Acknowledgment API allows capturing of the ERP processing status in GEP SMART, which is to be displayed to the user along with comments, in case of failures.
GEP SMART allows receiving an order created in GEP SMART and orders that are posted from ERP. The user can create a receipt, reverse, correct, and return goods on a Purchase Order. The Good Receipts API can be used to post good receipts, reversals, corrections, and returns that are created in ERP to GEP SMART and retrieve good receipts, reversals, corrections, and returns from GEP SMART to ERP. The Acknowledgment API allows capturing the ERP processing status in GEP SMART, which is to be displayed to the user along with comments, in case of failures.
GEP SMART allows submission of Service Confirmation for the services rendered on a Purchase Order through the portal or integrations. The Service Confirmation API can be used to post Service Confirmations created in ERP to GEP SMART, and confirmation or cancellations created in GEP SMART to ERP. GEP SMART allows vendors to submit Advance Shipment Notice (ASN) through GEP SMART and vendor integrations. The ASN API can be used to retrieve the ASN submitted in GEP SMART by the vendors to post in ERP. GEP SMART allows vendors to post invoices and cancellations manually through integrations. Invoices/cancellations received by buyers (Email/paper) in ERP and from scanning solutions can be posted to GEP SMART for further processing and reporting. The Invoice API can be used to post invoices from ERP/scanning solutions to GEP SMART and retrieve invoices from GEP SMART to ERP. The Acknowledgment API allows capturing the ERP processing status in GEP SMART, which is to be displayed to the user along with comments, in case of failures.
GEP SMART allows vendors to post Credit Memos manually and through Integrations. The memos received by buyers (email/paper) in ERP and from scanning solutions can be posted to GEP SMART for further processing and reporting. The Credit Memo API can be used to post Memos from ERP/scanning solutions to GEP SMART and retrieve Memos from GEP SMART to ERP. The Acknowledgment API allows capturing the ERP processing status in GEP SMART, which is to be displayed to the user along with comments, in case of failures.
