GEP SMART allows submission of Service Confirmation for the services rendered on a Purchase Order through the portal or integrations. The Service Confirmation API can be used to post Service Confirmations created in ERP to GEP SMART, and confirmation or cancellations created in GEP SMART to ERP. The Acknowledgment API allows capturing the ERP processing status in GEP SMART, which is to be displayed to the user along with comments, in case of failures.
